Creative Assistant

Quick answers on Photoshop workflow, Firefly prompts, frequency separation, export settings and background removal. The built-in answers cover those topics; connect your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key for live, open-ended replies.

Connect a real AI provider

Optional. Add your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API key to get live AI answers instead of the built-in quick-reference guidance. Your key is stored only in this browser and is sent directly to your chosen provider — Boztik never sees it.

Not Connected

No key? The assistant below still works with built-in guidance — a connection is never required.

Hello! I can help you improve Photoshop workflows, write stronger Firefly prompts, explain frequency separation and suggest export settings for your next project.

What this assistant can do

  • Without a key: short built-in answers on Photoshop workflow, the structure of a Firefly prompt, frequency separation, export settings, background removal and image quality. Anything else gets a note pointing to the key option.
  • With your own key: open-ended questions answered by the model you choose, guided by a short Boztik instruction to keep replies practical and concise.

How to connect your own AI key

Live replies use your own account with an AI provider, so that provider's pricing and usage limits apply. The page does not send your key or your questions to Boztik.

  1. Create an API key with the provider you want to use (OpenAI, Anthropic for Claude, or Google for Gemini). If the provider lets you, set a spending limit on the account or on the key first.
  2. Choose that provider in the "Connect a real AI provider" box above the chat and paste the key into the field.
  3. Press Test. The page sends one short request ("Reply with the single word: OK") to the provider, which uses a very small amount of your credit. If the provider accepts it, the key is saved. Connect saves the key without testing it.
  4. Ask a question. Your question and a short Boztik instruction go from your browser straight to the provider, and the reply appears in the chat. If a request fails, the chat shows the error and then the built-in answer instead.
  5. Disconnect, which appears once a key is saved, removes the saved key for that provider from this browser.

What to know before you connect

  • The key is saved as plain text in this browser's localStorage, one entry per provider. Anyone who can use this browser profile, and any browser extension that can read this site's data, could read it. Use a key you can revoke, and do not connect on a shared computer.
  • Requests go only to the provider's own API address (api.openai.com, api.anthropic.com or generativelanguage.googleapis.com), and the provider's own privacy policy applies to what you send. OpenAI and Anthropic receive the key in a request header. For Gemini, this page puts the key in the request address.
  • This page also loads Google Analytics and Google AdSense scripts, as the Privacy Policy describes. They run on the same page where the key is saved, which is one more reason to use a key with a spending limit.
  • Each question is sent on its own, so the assistant does not see earlier messages in the chat. The chat is not saved and clears when you reload the page.
  • Boztik picks a small, fast model for each provider and you cannot change it on this page. The instruction asks for replies under about 150 words, and Claude replies are capped at 400 tokens (roughly 300 words), so a long answer can end abruptly.
